Since 2008 financial institutions looking to fulfill CRA requirements and make loans and equity investments in community organizations have chosen LACC as a partner. Today, over 7 financial institutions choose P-Solutions to invest in affordable housing, child care facilities, schools, community health centers, and the rehabilitation of urban commercial real estate.
In addition to our Loan Fund and Sun Initiative investment offerings, P-Solutions offers financial institutions an equity equivalent (EQ2) product to assist in the capitalization of its affiliates.

INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Invest in the Loan Fund
Founded in 2008 by socially responsible investors, our Loan Fund working with and alongside PRLF, a certified community development financial institution, makes loans to support community development projects that build health communities. The Loan Fund also supports foreclosure relief work and our green initiatives. Your investment with the Loan Fund allows us to provide patient, flexible capital to our borrowers, making a difference in communities.
